Women’s Lenten Morning of Reflection
Women of the parish – when you are feeling down, hurt, dejected, or just having a bad day, are you tempted to eat or go shopping? Does that piece of chocolate cake or new pair of shoes fill the hole in your heart? Do you ever give in to anxiety, worry, or fall prey to gossip and judging others? If the answer to any of these questions is “yes”, you are not alone!
Join us on Saturday, Feb. 10th, for our annual Women’s Lenten Morning of Reflection. Our theme this year is “Temptation” and women from our parish will share their own stories of how Satan has lured them into craving something other than God. We will talk about how to strengthen our self-control with the help of the Holy Spirit, so that our craving will be for the Lord.
Continental breakfast begins at 8:45 a.m., followed by the program which concludes by noon.
Registration will be Jan. 27/28 and Feb. 3/4 in the narthex.

Our RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) program for 2017 – 2018 has begun but it is not too late for you to join us this year! The RCIA program is designed for individuals interested in learning more about the Catholic faith and becoming Catholic. It is also for individuals who were baptized Catholic, but for some reason, did not receive all of the sacraments as a child.
RCIA meetings are held every Wednesday night from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at church. We will welcome new members at the Easter Vigil on March 31, 2018.
